Degree of Practising transparency management in Aden Governmental Secondary Schools

Abstract

The study aims to identify the degree of practising transparency management in  Aden govermental secondary schools .Descriptive approach was uesd included questionnaire for six dimensions and 42 paragraphs  to  measure the degree of practising transparency management of the headmasters in Aden govermental secondary schools included:  legislation and Laws,  information and data,  procedures and mechanisms performance, evaluation,  transparency and anti-corruption  and decisionmeet. The samples of the study is a survey sample  which its number (250) of 23 headmasters, 46 deputy headmasters,  33 social workers and 148 teachers in the governmental secondary schools  in Aden of the first semester of 2020/2021. The study  revealed that the degree of practising transparency management of the headmasters  in  Aden govermental secondary school from the point of view of the research sample of dimensions (legislation and laws, performance and evaluation, decision-making, procedures and mechanisms, transparency and combating corruption, information were (3.67) and a relative weight (73.40%), which refers to a high degree of practice.
