The Degree of Applyment for the Educational Administration Leadership in the Lahj According to the Approach of Comprehensive Negotiate

The aim of the research is to find out the degree of educational leaders' practice of educational and administrative delegation in the education departments of Lahj governorate directorates from the point of view of their subordinates.
A questionnaire tool consisting of 18 items distributed on two axes was used, and it measures both aspects of educational delegation and administrative delegation, and it was applied to a sample of department heads consisting of (163) individuals, which were selected in a random, stratified manner, with a percentage of (58%) of the (283) community members. They are all heads of departments of education departments in the directorates of Lahj Governorate. The research followed the analytical descriptive approach, and the data was analyzed using statistical methods appropriate to the nature of the data through the SPSS statistical package program for social sciences. The research reached the following most important results:
1) The degree of educational leaders' practice of educational delegation in the education departments in the directorates of Lahj governorate was moderate in general, as the degree of practice according to the arithmetic mean was (2.88).
2) The degree of educational leaders' practice of administrative delegation in the education departments in the directorates of Lahj governorate was moderate in general, as the degree of practice according to the arithmetic mean was (2.77).
3) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample's estimates of the degree of educational leadership in the education departments practicing the educational mandate from the point of view of their subordinates in the directorates of Lahj governorate due to the variables (sex, educational qualification, years of experience and the directorate).
4) There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample’s estimates of the degree of educational leaders’ practice of administrative delegation in the education departments from the point of view of their subordinates in the directorates of Lahj governorate, due to the variables (educational qualification, years of experience, and the directorate).
5) There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample's estimates of the degree of educational leaders in education departments practicing administrative delegation from the point of view of their subordinates in the directorates of Lahj governorate, due to the gender variable and in favor of females.
