The Effectiveness of Using a Digital Transformation-Based Program on Developing the Skills of Secondary School English Teachers and Their Motivation to Achieve in Aden Governorate

The study aimed to know the effectiveness of using a digital transformation-based program on developing the skills of secondary school English teachers and their motivation to achieve in Aden Governorate. The study used the semi- experimental approach based on experimental design of one group (pre / post). The study sample consisted of 20 male and female secondary school teachers. The study used an observation card and the achievement motivation scale, as two tools of the study. The current study found a statistically significant difference at level of significance (0.05 › α) between the average scores of the pre- and post- applications of the observation card for the performance of English language teachers for the skill of dealing with digital transformation programs of study: PowerPoint, Zoom, Google E-mail, Google drive, Google classroom and Google form. (individually and collectively) attributed to the training program. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 › α) between the average scores of the pre- and post- applications of the achievement motivation scale among English language teachers attributed to the training program.
