The Reality of Some Gender Issues in the Basic Education Stage "Analytical Study"

The study aims to know the level of integration of some gender issues in basic education curricula. The study community consists of male and female teachers in Aden Governorate schools, whose number reached (individuals). The sample was selected randomly from the study community, and its number reached (100) individuals, at a rate of ( 100%).This study relied on the descriptive analytical correlational approach, and the study tool was (questionnaire). The study reached the following results: 1- With regard to the first area, the results showed that the level of integration of gender concepts in basic education curricula was (weak),with an arithmetic mean of (2.25) with a standard deviation ( 0.592) and a seminal weight of (45%). 2- Regarding the second area, the results showed that the level of gender integration in school management behaviors was (weak), with an arithmetic mean of (2.28) with a standard deviation of (0.704) and a seminal weight of (45.6%). 3- Regarding the third area, the results showed that the level of inclusion of girls' educaissues in basic education curricula was (weak), with an arithmetic mean of (2.26) with a standard deviation of (0.653) and a seminal weight of (45.2%). 4- Regarding the fourth area, the results showed that the level of inclusion of issues ojustice and equal opportunities between the sexes in basic education curricula was (weak), with an arithmetic mean of (2.25) with a standard deviation of (0.730) and a seminal weight of (45%). 5-The determination of the actual level of integration and the extent of gender issues in basic education curricula was generally (weak), with an arithmetic mean of (2.26) with a standard deviation(0.580) and a percentage weight of (45.2%). The most prominent recommendations were as follows: - Effectively integrate gender concepts into basic education curricula and all educational stages, with a focus on girls' education issues and promoting justice and equal opportunities between the sexes to ensure a comprehensive educational environment. Establishing Integrated education policies that take gender into account, and ensure that these policies are able to achieve justice and equal opportunities in educational institutions.
