Abstract

The research aims to clarify the correct position of the mind in its relationship with transmission, as  allah Almighty’s honoring of the mind and the elevation of its status does not mean that it should be independent and made a judge over transmission; this is an exaggeration in it. And giving him a status that exceeds the status that allah Almighty gave him. On the other hand, neglecting mind and not relying on it and what its clear evidence indicates; This is an interruption in him, and keeping him away from the work to which he was entrusted, and for which allah created.

There are two extremes: exaggeration and severity, both of which are reprehensible. What is correct with mind is the middle and moderation in this matter, so there is no exaggeration or extremism. Do not exaggerate it by giving it above its place, and do not neglect it by not relying on it and extracting clear evidence.

Therefore, I presented the research with an introduction that explains its importance and objectives, and divided it into three sections:

The first topic : Definition the mind , and Allah honors the mind

The second topic: Fields of mind and its paths in Islam and its relationship to transmission.

The third topic: The relationship between mind and transportation and the reference of conflict between mind and transmission.

Then I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I presented the most important results and the most important recommendations.

Then the research mentioned the most important sources and references.
