The Degree of Practicing the Performance of Administrative Leadership in Light of Creative Leadership Among the Directors of Education Offices in Abyan Governorate

The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative leadership practice of creative leadership in the education offices in Abyan Governorate, and to reveal the nature of the statistical differences between the responses of the study sample members to the degree of administrative leadership practice in the education offices departments of the dimensions of creative leadership (the leader's sensitivity to problems and decision-making, perseverance and initiative, stimulating creativity, continuing the trend towards the goal), from the point of view of the study sample members, according to the differences in the study variables (job title, years of service), and to achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study tool was represented in a questionnaire that included (32) paragraphs, and the study was applied to a simple random sample of (281) employees of administrative leadership in the education offices of Abyan Governorate (head of department, head of section, director of administration), and the results of the study concluded that the degree of administrative leadership practice of the dimensions of creative leadership came in general at a "medium" degree with an arithmetic mean of (3.37), and the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative leadership practice of the dimensions of creative leadership attributed to the variable of job title in favor of the head of department, with the exception of the following: Perseverance and initiative are in favor of the department head and the division head, while there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative leaders’ practice of dimensions of creative leadership attributed to the variable of years of service. Based on the results, the study recommended granting administrative leaders the powers that enable them to solve problems and make decisions, and encouraging work to enhance the capabilities of administrative leaders.
