Difficulties of Applying Blended Learning in Classrooms from The Point of View of Faculty Members at The College of Computer and Information Technology University of Aden

The purpose of the study is to investigate the difficulties facing the implementation of blended learning by male and female in the Faculty of Computer, the University of Aden. form their point of view according totties facing the scientific qualification, gender and years of experience variables. The sample of the study consisted of (17) male and female teachers in in the Faculty of Computer, the University of Aden.
The researcher administrated a questionnaire consisted of (77) items distributed on four domains after checking validity and reliability.
Moreover, means, standard deviations. ANOVA and (t) tests for independent samples were used to analyse the data. The findings of the study showed that the difficulties of applying blended learning were high on the domains and on the total score as a whole. As well as the study found no statistically significant differences for the variables of academic specialization, qualification, sex, years of experience, and all fields of study. Based on the findings of the study the researcher recommended the need of re-considering the implementation of blended learning in the Faculty of Computer, the University of Aden, according due to the high difficulties facing teachers as shown in this study.
