The Degree of Availability of Knowledge Management Application Requirements in Secondary Schools in Lahj Governorate from the Teachers' Perspective (A Descriptive Survey Study)

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the requirements for implementing knowledge management in secondary education schools in Lahj Governorate from teachers’ perspectives. The descriptive survey method was employed, and a questionnaire consisting of (42) items distributed across four domains was applied to a random sample of (82) teachers. The results indicated that the availability level of knowledge management requirements was moderate, with an overall mean of (2.70). No statistically significant differences were found according to gender and years of experience, while significant differences were found according to academic qualification in favor of higher qualifications. The study recommended enhancing digital infrastructure and developing human capacities in secondary schools.
