درجة توافر القيادة الإدارية في الإسلام لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة لحج (دراسة ميدانية)

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of Islamic administrative leadership among public school principals in Lahj Governorate from the teachers' perspective. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical survey methodology and administered a questionnaire consisting of (20) items distributed across two domains to a random cluster sample of (240) male and female teachers. The results showed that the degree of availability of Islamic values ​​and ethics among school principals was high, while the application of the principle of consultation (shura) and decision-making was relatively lower. Statistically significant differences were also found attributable to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study recommended strengthening professional development programs for school leaders and activating institutional consultation.
