Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of electronic management implementation in model secondary schools in Aden Governorate during the 2023-2024 academic year, and to investigate differences based on the following variables: gender, job title, years of experience, academic qualification, and number of computer training courses.

The researchers adopted the descriptive survey method, utilizing a questionnaire comprised of 47 items distributed across four domains. The instrument was administered to a sample of 145 participants.

The results indicated that the level of electronic management implementation was moderate (Mean = 2.76), with no statistically significant differences observed across most variables.

The study recommends enhancing the digital infrastructure and developing the capabilities of both administrative and educational staff.
