A Proposed Strategy to Achieve Consistency Between University Education Outcomes in Yemeni Universities and Labor Market Requirements - Aden University as a Model

This study aimed to develop a Proposed strategy to enhance the alignment between university education outcomes and labor market requirements in Yemeni universities, taking the University of Aden as a case study. The research adopted a descriptive survey and developmental approach, using a questionnaire administered to academic leaders at Aden University. A SWOT Analysis was employed to identify strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. Within both the university and the labor market.
The finding revealed a gap between the perceived important and the actual availability of internal and external environment indicator. It also showed a weakness in the efficiency and quality of graduates, and a lack of coordination and partnership between university and labor market in terms of training and qualify students .Based on these result, the study proposes an executive strategy to improve the quality of graduates and strengthen the alignment between university programs and labor market needs, thereby contributing to reducing the gap and fostering sustainable human development.
