The study aimed to design an electronic portal to develop academic services in light of the Total Quality Management standards in the College of Education/Aden. To achieve the study objective, the researcher used the experimental approach, specifically the single-group design with pre- and post-tests. The study population consisted of the target groups in the College of Education/Aden, who have a direct relationship with the academic services provided through the electronic portal. The study sample included (20) participants who were selected using a non-random intentional method, distributed as follows: (5) department heads, (10) faculty members, and (5) students. The researcher prepared an observation card to measure users' performance in various skills related to using the electronic portal, as it included six main skills from which (26) sub-skills branched out. After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool using appropriate statistical methods, the study was applied to the sample, and the statistical analysis was conducted using the (SPSS) program.
The current study reached the following results: There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05) between the average scores of the study sample members in the pre- and post-observations regarding the use of the electronic portal to develop academic services in light of total quality management standards, in favor of the post-observation.
