Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of employing leadership through love and job performance among department managers at the Ministry of Education -Aden. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive correlational survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (59) male and female managers. A questionnaire consisting of (34) paragraphs was administered to them, distributed over two (2) axes.

They are: The Leadership with Love Axis, which consists of four areas, which are: (the director’s love for his ministry, the director’s love for his employees, the director’s love for society, and the director’s love for himself), The Job Performance Axis.

The Study Concluded with a Number of Results, the Most Prominent of Which are: The level of employing leadership with love and job performance among department directors at the Ministry of Education - Aden,  came at an average  level, and the areas of leadership with love were ranked as follows: The area of ​​the manager’s love for himself came (first), followed by the area of ​​the manager’s love for his ministry came (second), followed by the area of ​​the manager’s love for his employees came (third), and finally the area of ​​the manager’s love for society came in the (fourth) rank, and it showed the existence of a positive correlation between the study examined the level of employing leadership through love and job performance among department managers. It indicated no statistically differences at a level mean of 0.05 significance level attributed to the variables (gender and qualification) in the level of employing leadership through love and job performance among department managers. However, there were statistically significant differences at a level mean of 0.05 significance level attributed to the variable (years of experience) in favor of those with less than 5 years of experience.
