Practicing the Creative Leadership at Aden University and Its Relationship to the Organizational Loyalty

This research aimed at recognizing the level of practice of Creative leadership at Aden university and its relationship with organizational loyalty. The research community consisted of (223) members of Aden University. A stratified random sample consisting of (87) of the general managers, department directors and department heads was selected. The research adopted the relational descriptive approach. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers used the relational descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a research tool. The questionnaire consisted of (51) items, (28) of which relate to creative leadership and (23) relate to organizational loyalty. The collected data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The research concluded number of findings, the most important of which were:
First, the level of the creative practice leadership in Aden University was medium, with an average of (3.068) from the sample members’ point of view while the organizational loyalty was high with an average of (3.473).
Second, there is a positive relational statistically significant relationship at (001) between all the aspects of the creative leadership and between the aspects of the organizational loyalty.
third, there is no significant differences in the average sample members estimates to the level of the creative practice leadership in Aden University attributed to the job title, scientific qualification and the years of service as well as, there is no significant differences in the average sample members estimates to the level of the organizational loyalty from the point of view of the general managers, department directors and department heads in Aden university as well as, there is no significant differences in the average sample members estimates to the level of the organizational loyalty from the point of view of the general managers, department directors and department heads in Aden university attributed to the job title, scientific qualification and the years of service.
