The search aimed to know the effect of virtual science labs on developing the performance of primary school teachers in Aden Governorate. The search issue was identified in the following question: What is the impact of virtual science labs on developing the performance of primary school teachers in Aden Governorate? The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach with an experimental design based on one group that was observed before and after using virtual labs. The search sample consisted of ((20 primary education science teachers from the fourth grade to the eighth grade in Al-Mualla Directorate - Aden for the academic year 2023-2024). The researcher prepared a performance observation card for primary education science teachers, consisting of three main performance skills: 1. Planning 2. Implementation 3. Evaluation. Each of these main skills includes a number of sub-skills, the number of which is 50 sub-skills, distributed as follows (13, 21, 16).At the end of the experiment, which lasted 4 weeks. The Search Reached the Following Results: 1. There is a statistically significant difference at the mean of (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of science teachers in the pre- and post-application of the teaching performance observation card, attributed to the effect of the virtual laboratories. 2. There is a statistically significant difference at the mean of (0.05 ≥ α) between the average scores of science teachers in the pre- and post-application of the teaching performance observation card in planning, implementation and evaluation skills, attributed to the effect of the virtual laboratories. In light of the results reached by the search, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions as follows: Recommendations 1. Benefit from employing the results of the current search in improving the educational process. 2. Diversity in methods of developing teacher performance with attention to virtual laboratories by teachers during teaching courses as part of the teaching process.
