The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample was selected randomly, consisting of 475 male and female students. The researcher prepared the study tool, which is a test of mathematical communication skills. The results showed that the degree of students' mastery of mathematical communication skills was low, and there is a positive and low relationship between mathematical communication skills and achievement in mathematics. Additionally, there was a superiority in the average mastery of female students in mathematical communication skills compared to male students. The study recommended paying attention to mathematical communication skills, training mathematics teachers in the secondary stage to develop mathematical communication skills, and the need to develop the mathematics curriculum for the secondary stage to include mathematical communication skills more clearly.
