Abstract

This study aims to determine the degree of implementation of e-management in Quran memorization schools affiliated with the Charitable Center Association in Riyadh. It also seeks to identify whether there are differences in the responses of the sample members regarding the degree of e-management implementation among school principals based on the following variables: (educational qualification, years of experience).

The sample was selected using a stratified random sampling method, representing 89% of the study population, with a total of 120 school principals participating. The study adopted a descriptive analytical methodology and used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used for data analysis.

The study results showed that the actual implementation of e-management in Quran memorization schools is very high, with an overall average score of (4.22) and a standard deviation of (0.738). The findings also indicated significant differences in the responses of the study sample regarding the degree of e-management implementation among school principals in Riyadh, attributed to the educational qualification variable, favoring diploma holders. However, no significant differences were found based on the variable of years of administrative experience.
